From digital services to AI voice agents
Troika Tech Services was founded on 7 April 2012 by Godwin Pinto, Mawin Pinto and Parvati Matkate, who are its co-founders and directors. For more than a decade we built digital solutions for Indian businesses and saw the same problem again and again: businesses spent money to get enquiries, and then could not call them fast enough.
About two years ago we started working on AI-based business automation, and AI calling quickly became our focus. Today our AI voice agents call new enquiries, qualify them, book visits, send reminders and transfer interested customers to sales teams, in Hindi, English and other Indian languages.
Our registered office is in Mira Road and our corporate office is in Virar West, in Maharashtra. We work with Jaipur businesses remotely, which means the same setup, guidance and support as any customer, without anyone needing to travel.
